BAYOU SHADOWS CONDO ASSOCIATION

Bayou Shadows Condominium Assn was created in the early 1980's, units built by Bruce Olivier, a local contractor. The complex is comprised of 15 units, five triplex buildings located off Palm Drive at the entrance of Palm Lake Subdivision. Each unit has some 1200 sq ft of living space, which features the living room, kitchen, laundry area and half bath down and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Emerald Pines Subdivision is located of Hwy 1088 in the Mandeville community. It features 44 single family homes. Ownership of a home in the subdivision is subject to deed restriction filed in public record. A copy of the restrictions and rules are attached to this page for review and download. As a convenience to the residents, quarterly dues are paid by each owner to cover some common costs; namely trash collection, grass maintenance (not landscaping), common area lights, retention pond maintenance and general liability insurance.
